Our Pricing Plans

  • Regular yoga sessions at Yoga with Dee involve a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation techniques. These sessions are designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.
  • Here, We guide the students through a series of yoga postures, encouraging them to move mindfully and pay attention to their breath. The postures can range from gentle stretches to some challenging balances, depending on the level of the class and the preferences of the students
  • Throughout the class, the instructor may also incorporate breathing exercises to help calm the mind and release tension from the body. These exercises can include techniques such as deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing
  • The class may also include a period of meditation or relaxation, allowing students to quiet the mind and connect with their inner selves. This can help to reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and inner peace

Duration

Classes are of 1-hour duration held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Can join on any day of the month.
