Owing to 15 years of my fitness journey into sport and activities like Dance, Zumba, Karate, Swimming, Throw-ball, etc, I found my love for yoga and it has only been growing tenfold. My journey with yoga began as a way to manage stress and anxiety, and I quickly discovered the profound benefits it had on my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
About sharing these benefits with you all and help discover your own unique path to wellness through yoga. As a certified Yoga instructor, I am dedicated to helping my students develop a consistent and safe practice that meets their individual needs and goals. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience level, and I strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all of my students.
